📦 Pricedigi Solutions provides digital services only — nothing is shipped by courier,
so no shipping charges apply. All delivery happens online, by email and handover.
1. How Delivery Works
- Live website: deployed to your domain and the link shared with you.
- Source code: sent as a ZIP file by email, or via a Google Drive / GitHub link.
- Admin access: username, password and panel URL sent by email.
- Hosting / domain credentials: sent in a separate email when included in your package.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Silver Plan: approximately 7–10 working days
- Gold Plan: approximately 12–18 working days
- Diamond Plan: approximately 20–35 working days
- Custom projects: as stated in your quotation
Timelines start from the day payment is confirmed and all content is received. Delays in providing content or feedback will extend the delivery date accordingly.
3. Project Stages
- Day 1–2: requirement discussion and project plan.
- Day 3–7: design draft submitted for your approval.
- After approval: development and content integration.
- Final phase: testing, speed optimisation and mobile checks.
- Handover: live deployment, credentials and a training walkthrough.
4. Delivery Confirmation
The project is considered delivered once the handover email has been sent. You then have 7 days to review the work and report any bugs, which we fix at no extra cost.
5. Support Period
- Silver Plan: 6 months of free support
- Gold / Diamond Plan: 12 months of free support
Support covers bug fixes and minor content updates. New features or redesigns are quoted separately.
6. If Delivery Is Delayed
If a delay is caused by us, we will keep you informed by email. If the delay exceeds 30 days without a valid reason, you may request a full refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. International Clients
We work with clients worldwide. Because our services are digital, your location does not affect delivery time. Payments are processed in INR through Razorpay; currency conversion charges may be applied by your bank.
