1. Our Services

Pricedigi Solutions provides website design and development, SaaS product development, custom web applications, UI/UX design, e-commerce, admin dashboards, business automation and SEO services. The exact scope of each project is defined in the quotation or package description.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Promotional prices are valid for a limited period and may change without notice.
• Any change in scope (extra pages or features) will be charged separately, confirmed in writing beforehand.
• Domain, hosting, paid plugins and third-party licences are included only when explicitly stated.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets).
• Custom projects normally require 50% in advance and 50% before delivery.
• A receipt or invoice is emailed to you after every successful payment.
• If a payment fails, your bank will reverse the amount within 5–7 working days.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Providing content (text, images, logo) and any required access on time.
• Ensuring you own the copyright or have permission to use the content you supply.
• Providing feedback and approvals within 7 days; otherwise the timeline may shift.

5. Timeline and Revisions

• Delivery time depends on the package (typically 7–30 working days).
• Each package includes a limited number of free revisions; additional revisions are chargeable.
• Delays caused by the client will extend the delivery date accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the final website or design transfers to the client once full payment is received.
• Our internal tools, frameworks, code libraries and templates remain our property.
• We may feature the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Support and Warranty

Every package includes a free support period (6–12 months depending on the plan). Support covers bug fixes and minor content updates. New features, redesigns, or issues caused by third-party services are not included.

8. What Is Not Covered

• Problems arising after the code has been modified by the client or a third party.
• Hosting or server downtime, expired domains, or third-party APIs being discontinued.
• Hacking or malware caused by weak client passwords or outdated plugins.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, data or profit.

10. Project Cancellation

Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
